Data Accuracy: We fetch real-time currency rates via third-party APIs (Retrofit). We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any calculation or financial data. You assume all risks associated with using this data for real-world financial decisions.
4. Generative AI Features (Gemini)
The App utilizes Google’s Gemini Generative AI SDK to provide advanced intelligent math assistance. By using the AI features, you agree to the following:
No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated outputs are predictive and may contain errors. You must independently verify any AI-generated math or advice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on AI outputs.
Prohibited AI Use: You may not use the AI features to generate offensive, illegal, explicit, or harmful content.
Content Reporting: In compliance with Google Play’s AI-Generated Content Policy, you may report any inappropriate or offensive AI responses using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us directly.
5. Floating Popup Feature (System Alert Window)
The "Floating Popup" requires the SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW permission to allow the calculator to display over other apps for multitasking. You agree to use this feature responsibly. You may not use it to obscure important system warnings, deceive others, or interfere with the security of your device.
6. Third-Party Services and Advertising
Google Ads: The App is ad-supported and uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK. By using the App, you consent to the display of advertisements. Ads may be personalized based on your device's Advertising ID.
Firebase: We use Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance) to monitor app stability. By using the App, you agree to the automated collection of anonymous crash logs and performance metrics.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
Use automated scripts, bots, or "scrapers" to extract currency data or spam the Gemini AI API.
Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Calculator : Math and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or device malfunctions.
9. Changes to the App and Terms
